摘要
介绍环氧树脂作PVC新型热稳定剂的应用。其主要品种有双酚A系环氧树脂、对羟基苯甲酸系环氧树脂和邻甲酚酚醛环氧树脂。与环氧化大豆油相比,反应性高和渗出性低;采用环氧树脂热稳定剂的PVC树脂起始热分解时间延长,在180℃老化120分钟不变黑;添加1%环氧树脂的PVC耐候性与添加3%环氧化大豆油的相似。
The application of epoxy resin used as a new thermal stabilizer for PVC is described in this paper, with a emphasis onbisphenol-A epoxy resin, p-hydroxy-benzoic acid epoxy resin and o--cresol novolac epoxy resin. Compared with epoxidizedsoya bean oil (ESBO), the reactivity of the resin was stronger, but the permeability was lower. The initial thermal decompositiontime of the PVC resin, which took epoxy resin as thermal stabilizer, was delayed, and did not turned black at 180℃ for 120min. The weatherability of the PVC resin with 10% epoxy resin was similar to that of the PVC resin with 3% ESBO.
