摘要
本文介绍了1998年盐城市石油液化气厂利用ASPENPLUB软件和窄点技术对常压蒸馏装置进行优化扩能改造。在常压塔和常压炉等主体设备不变的情况下，设备利旧率达95％，原油处理能力由100kt／a增加到150kt／a，实现了节能降耗。
The paper introduces the extended reproduction about the atmospheric distillation unit of factory, which use the technology of ASPEN PLUS software and narrow point. Besides of atmospheric tower and atmospheric oven, there are 95% old facilities in use. The ability of processing crude oil increases from 100kt/a to 150kt/a. Energy consumption is controlled.
