Progress on Production Technique of Nonylphenol

黑龙江石油化工厂壬基酚装置以强酸性阳离子交换树脂DC604、C104作催化剂，采用二段式固定床反应器流程合成壬基酚的工艺。运行结果表明，以DC604、C104代替进口树脂用于催化合成壬基酚在性能上可行、经济上有优越性。

The technology of nonylphenol production is using strong acidic cation resin DC604,C104 as catalysts and two-stage fixed reactor in the nonylphenol plant of Heilongjiang Petrochemical Works. The performing results show that it has advantage in property and economy that using DC604, C104 as catalySts to pruduce nonylphenol instead of imported resins and optimistic development.
