摘要
研究了用微波加热制取中间体草酸锌,然后煅烧草酸锌制取超细ZnO粉体,探讨了微波加热对ZnO粉体晶型、粒径的影响。试验结果表明:在微波功率800 W、加热温度60℃、pH为3.3条件下制得中间体草酸锌,再在500℃下煅烧草酸锌得到的ZnO晶体比传统加热方法制得的ZnO晶体表面更光滑,粒径更小,平均粒径仅4.2μm。XRD物相分析结果表明:微波加热不会改变ZnO的晶型,产物为六方晶系,并且晶体的d值与文献吻合的较好。
Zinc oxalate intermediate is prepared by microwave,then the Zinc oxalate is calcinated at 500 ℃ to obtain zinc oxide powder.The effects of microwave heating on crystalline form and grain size of zinc oxide powder are investigated.The results show that at the conditions of microwave power of 800 W,temperature of 60 ℃ and pH of 3.3,the grain size of zinc oxide is only 4.2 μm.Distribution of crystalline granularity is narrower and crystal is more homogeneous and smooth.Microwave heating has no effects on crystal form of zinc oxide.The d value of zinc oxide crystal corresponds with that in the past literatures.
