摘要
研究了从赤泥中循环浸出钪。考察了循环方法及浸出过程中硫酸浓度、浸出温度、液固质量比对钪浸出率的影响。结果表明,在逆流循环浸出3次,硫酸质量浓度920 g/L,浸出温度90℃,液固质量比5∶1的最佳工艺条件下,硫酸利用率和钪浸出率都较高,钪浸出率达90%以上。
Recycle leaching process of scandium was studied.The effects of sulfuric acid concentration,leaching temperature and liquid to solid ratio on leaching rate of Sc in recycle leaching were examined.The results showed that at the optimal conditions of circular countercurrent leaching of 3 cycles,sulfuric acid concentration of 920 g/L,leaching temperature of 90 ℃ and liquid to solid ratio of 5∶1,the utilization rate of sulfuric acid and leaching of Sc were improved,leaching rate of Sc reached 90%.
