摘要
研究了用强酸性阳离子交换树脂(001×7)吸附不锈钢酸洗废水中的铬,考察了树脂的饱和吸附容量、吸附时间对树脂吸附铬的影响,分析了等温吸附平衡及负载树脂的解吸再生。结果表明:298 K温度下,001×7树脂对废水中Cr3+的饱和吸附容量为60.34 mg/g;吸附90 min可达离子交换平衡;废水中铬质量浓度为700mg/L时,树脂的平衡吸附量为90 mg/g;根据吸附动力学,初步判定吸附过程为液膜控制;用质量浓度为9g/L的硫酸钠溶液可以从负载树脂上解吸铬,铬解吸率达99%以上,解吸后的树脂可重复使用。
Adsorption of chromium from stainless steel plicking wastewater by a strong acid cation ion-exchange resin named 001×7 has been investigated.The influences of saturation adsorption capacity,adsorption time on adsorption of chromium are examined.Adsorption isotherm and desorption of loading resin are studied.The results show that the saturation adsorption capacity of the resin for chromium in wastewater is of 60.34 mg/g.The adsorption equilibrium process takes about 90 minutes.When Cr^3+ mass concentration is of 700 mg/L,the equilibrium adsorption capacity can reach 90 mg/g.According to adsorption kinetics,the process is controlled by film diffusion.Loaded resin can be desorpted using 90 g/L Na2SO4 solution,desorption rate is over 99%.
