医学生人际沟通能力与影响因素分析

Study on interpersonal communication of medical students

目的:了解医学生人际沟通能力与影响因素。方法:采用心理学量表对某医学院校401名医学生进行调查。结果:(1)63.34%医学生有较好的人际沟通能力,51.87%医学生倾听能力在平均水平,20.7%学生需要培养更有效的倾听习惯。(2)EPQ-N维度和E维度、倾听能力、交往开放性是预测医学生人际沟通能力的重要因素。结论:培养医学生人际沟通能力宜从人格层面和沟通技巧方面着手,课程自修与选修相结合,运用网络教学、案例分析、团体训练、专题讲座等形式提升医学生的人际沟通能力。

To understand the communication level and the influenced factors of the medical students, 401 medical students were measured by psychological scales. Results： 1. 63.34% medical students have better interpersonal communication. 51.87% have the medium level of listening, 20.7 % need the trainings of listening. 2. EPQ-N , EPQ-E, listening ability, opening of interpersonal communieation are the main factors to predict the communication level of medical students. Conclusion： The training of communication skills and personality is necessary to improve medical students＇ communication ability.
