摘要
目的:了解医学生人际沟通能力与影响因素。方法:采用心理学量表对某医学院校401名医学生进行调查。结果:(1)63.34%医学生有较好的人际沟通能力,51.87%医学生倾听能力在平均水平,20.7%学生需要培养更有效的倾听习惯。(2)EPQ-N维度和E维度、倾听能力、交往开放性是预测医学生人际沟通能力的重要因素。结论:培养医学生人际沟通能力宜从人格层面和沟通技巧方面着手,课程自修与选修相结合,运用网络教学、案例分析、团体训练、专题讲座等形式提升医学生的人际沟通能力。
To understand the communication level and the influenced factors of the medical students, 401 medical students were measured by psychological scales. Results: 1. 63.34% medical students have better interpersonal communication. 51.87% have the medium level of listening, 20.7 % need the trainings of listening. 2. EPQ-N , EPQ-E, listening ability, opening of interpersonal communieation are the main factors to predict the communication level of medical students. Conclusion: The training of communication skills and personality is necessary to improve medical students' communication ability.
