Using modified teaching method to improve basic surgical skills

为提高医学生的外科基本操作能力,缩短医学生进入临床实习后的适应期,以无菌术为基本教学内容,革新课堂教学方法,采用课前预习、课堂上教师演示和讲解、学生练习、对学生操作录像、指导学生观看和讨论录像、对比识别自身缺点和再次练习的教学方法,着力培养和提高学生的自我学习能力,取得了显著的教学效果,提高了教学质量,为外科基本操作教学探索了新的有效途径。

To improve basic surgical skills of medical students, the new teaching method has been used in basic aseptic technique teaching, which has embodied students＇ principal status in teaching and improved students＇ learning methods. Great efforts have been made to cultivate and improve students＇ learning capabilities. In this way, a satisfying teaching result has been realized and the teaching quality has been improved as well. This type of basic surgical skills training method may be helpful to improving the surgical educational experience for medical students.
