摘要
分析我国医学信息管理专业博士培养的基本问题,根据医疗卫生信息化建设的实际需要,探讨了我国医学信息管理专业的博士人才类型的需求特点,结合实际提出医学信息管理博士培养过程中需要关注和解决的几个问题,旨在为我国的医学信息管理领域的高层次人才培养提供参考和借鉴。
The paper analyzes the basic issues of Ph. D cultivation in Chinese medical information management specialty, discusses the characteristics of demand for Ph. D talent types of Chinese medical information management specialty according to the practical needs of health informationization, proposes some issues to be concerned and resolves in the process of Ph. D cultivation, for the purpose of providing references for high level talent cultivation of Chinese medical information management specialty.
