摘要
近年来,标准化病人(Standardized Patients,SP)已广泛应用于国内外临床教学与评估,但目前将其应用于骨科临床教学和考评的报道依然很少,经验也非常有限。本文通过我院连续4年在骨科临床教学及研究生中期考核、转博和博士研究生毕业考核中应用SP的实践,探讨了在骨科临床教学中应用SP的经验和局限性。
In recent years, standardized patients (SPs) have been widely used in clinical teaching and assessment, but applying it to clinical teaching and evaluation of orthopedic coverage is still very small with very limited experience. Through 4 years' application practice in our hospital and interim examination of graduate students in clinical teaching of orthopedics, master change to doctor and doctoral students in the application of SP graduation examination practice of teaching, this paper probes into the experience and limitations in the clinical application of SP in teaching orthopedic.
