基于高等医学教育和卫生服务的变革趋势,针对国内口腔临床医学本科教育的不足,结合中国口腔医学教育标准讨论稿的要求和素质化教育的现实需求,探讨如何构建以岗位需求为导向的口腔临床医学本科综合教学模式。这将深化口腔临床医学本科教学内涵,为口腔临床医学本科教学提供借鉴,利于培养满足未来社会岗位需求的合格人才。

Based on the changing trends of higher medical education and health services in China, according to the problems of undergraduate clinical medical education of stomotology in China, combined witb the teaching standard of stomotology in China and practical needs of the quality education, this paper discusses the ways to build an integrated teaching model of stomotology for undergraduates based on post-requirement. This will deepen the nature of stomotology teaching, give some help for the clinical medical teaching of the undergraduates, which will make the students suitable for their future jobs.
