摘要
以学生的自主性、探索性、实践性学习为基础,开展社区护理实践性教学的"行动学习"。学生在教师的指导下,通过个人和小组的共同努力,创造性地解决问题和完成任务,利于学生社区护理实践技能的可持续发展。
On the basis of students' autonomous, exploratory and practical learning, the authors have conducted the action learning in the practice teaching of community nursing. Under the teachers' instruction, the students may solve the problems and accomplish their tasks creatively through group work and the efforts of themselves. This is helpful to the sustainable development of students' practical sells of community nursing.
