摘要条件价值评估法(CVM)是一种通过调研来评价非市场物品与资源的经济价值的最常用的工具。本文首先界定公共图书馆的经济价值,对CVM进行概述,其次介绍调查概要,利用软件SPSS对调查结果进行统计分析,并对读者支付意愿影响因素进行多元线性回归分析,最后结合时间成本法,得出上海图书馆的成本效益比率在1∶4到1∶10.9之间。 The contingent valuation method（CVM） is one of the most significant approaches of non-market valuation techniques and has been used widely.This paper firstly defines the economic value of public library,describes CVM briefly,then summarizes the investigation and analyzes the results by software SPSS,and makes multiple regression analysis of impact factors of WTA/WTP.Finally,gets the value of cost-benefit ratio of Shanghai Library is between 1∶4 and 1∶10.9.
