摘要
以聚丙烯酸(PAA) 为高分子螯合剂, 在聚乙烯醇PAA 共混物基材中, 通过就地沉淀反应制备了Ag2SPVC超细粒子复合膜。研究表明, 引入Ag2S粒子使聚合物膜的电性能有较大提高(10 -6 ~10 -7scm) 。随PAA 分子量、用量在一定范围内增大, 产物复合膜的电导率增大; 复合膜电导率对环境湿度的变化非常敏感, 特别是当粒子含量接近一临界值时, 其电导率呈数量级急剧增大, 在RH< 92% 的湿度范围内, 前后变化可高达5
Ultrafine Ag 2S particles/PVA composite film were prepared in situ on the basis of PVC PAA mixtures bulk,with PAA as the polymer coordination agent.Effects of the concentration and molecular weight of PAA on the structure and properties of the composite film were studied.Results show that introduction of Ag 2S particle result in considerable grows of the conductivity ratio(10 -6 ~10 -7 s/cm)(in vacuum).With the growth of PAA's molecular weight and its content in a certain range,the conductivity ratio grows.Environment humidity shows great influence on the conductivity ratio of the composite film,specially when the particle content grows and near a certain threshold,the vale grows so much that the increase is up to 5 orders with the humidity growth.
