Firstly,the paper discusses the connotation of internet link and digital library,then analyses the risk of infringement of internet link in digital library from three aspects： internet link＇s identification,means and directing content.Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects： laws balancing,profession self-regulation and techniques methods.
