种衣剂对2年生黄芪生物量的影响

The Effect on the Biomass of Two-year-old Radix Astragali by Treatment of Seed Coating

目的:探讨种衣剂对2年生黄芪生物量的影响。方法:通过不同浓度的黄芪专用种衣剂与ND牌大豆种衣剂对黄芪种子进行包衣处理,以空白种子为对照,比较在不同处理条件下,2年生膜荚黄芪植物生物性状以及生物量的变化。结果与结论:适量黄芪专用种子包衣处理后,黄芪种衣剂处理组在第2年的生物量增长好于对照组,表明黄芪种衣剂在第2年时仍然对植株生物量的增长发挥作用。

We studied the biomass of two -year- old Astragulus membranceus through treating the astragalus seed by astragalus seed coating and ND general seed coating, using different density. Compare the effect on plant character and biomass change, deal with different method. The result shows Astragalus seed coating processing significantly increases in the biomass than that in control group. It indicates the Astragalus seed coating play roles during the plant growing in the second year.
