平肝止颤方对帕金森病小鼠行为学影响的研究

The Research on the Effects of PGZCF on the Ethology of PD Model Rats

目的:探讨平肝止颤方(PGZCF)对PD小鼠行为学的影响。方法:选用纯系C57BL老龄鼠45只,随机分为空白组、模型组和中药冲剂组(简称冲剂组),采用腹腔注射1-甲基-4-苯基-1,2,3,6-四氢吡啶(1-methyl-4-phenyl-12,,3,6-tetrahydropyridine:MPTP)法制备PD小鼠模型,冲剂组使用平肝止颤方灌胃治疗。观察实验动物爬杆实验与悬挂实验的评分的变化。结果:经统计学处理,平肝止颤方可以提高实验小鼠的爬杆实验与悬挂实验的分数(P<0.01)。结论:平肝止颤方可改善PD小鼠的行为协调能力。

Objective： To study the effect of Ping Gan zhi Chan Fang （PGZCF） on ethology of Parkinson＇s Disease （PD） Model Rats. Methods： 45 pure C57BL aged rats were selected and divided into control group,model group and treatment group （or PGZCF group）. PD model rats were made through abdominal injection of MPTP. PGZCF were administered intragastrically. The movement ability of all rats had been observed and recorded through pole - climbing test and suspending test. Results ： The time of pole - climbing and the scores of the suspension in PGZCF group increased remarkably compared with the model group. Conclusion：PGZCF could improve rats＇ ability of behavior coordination in PD rats.
