摘要 目的:探讨电针对骨质疏松大鼠骨量及胰岛素样生长因子的影响。方法:将50只雌性未孕Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、假手术组、雌激素组、电针组,采用双侧卵巢摘除术复制骨质疏松模型,造模成功后,治疗3个疗程,检测大鼠骨密度、骨矿含量及血清中IGF-1I、GF-2的变化。结果:骨质疏松大鼠BMD和BMC的含量明显降低,血清中IGF-1显著降低,与正常大鼠相比,有显著性差异;雌激素组、电针组大鼠BMD、BMC及血清中IGF-1含量明显增加,与模型组相比,有显著性差异。各组IGF-2变化不明显。电针组与雌激素组之间无显著性差异。结论:电针可提高骨质疏松大鼠骨量,可能是通过调节胰岛素样生长因子表达来实现的,其作用效果与雌激素作用效果相近。 Objective: To study the effect of electro - acupuncture on bone quantity and insulin - like growth factor in osteoporosis rats. Methods: 50 female Wister rats were randomly divided into control, sham operation, model, estrogen, electroacupuncture groups. After the bilaterally ovariectomized rats were made successfully and treated for 3 courses. The bone density and hepatic IGF - 1 ,IGF -2 were measured. Results: In the model group, BMD, BMC and IGF - 1 were significantly lower than that in the control (P 〈 0. 05 ). BMD, BMC and IGF - 1 significantly increased in the two treatment groups after treatment. There was no significant difference between the estrogen group and the electro -acupuncture group. IGF -2 has no obvious change in the five groups. Conclusion: Electro- acupuncture influences insulin -like growth factor and bone quantity in osteoporosis rats.
