磷氮复配无卤阻燃聚苯醚合金的研究 被引量:7

摘要 采用固体阻燃剂间苯二酚双[二(2,6-二甲苯基)磷酸酯(]RXP)及其与三聚氰胺氰脲酸盐(MCA)的复配阻燃剂,制备了无卤阻燃聚苯醚/高抗冲聚苯乙烯/苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯热塑性弹性体(PPE/PS-HI/SBS)合金,通过氧指数、水平垂直燃烧、扫描电子显微镜、力学性能等测试分析方法,考察了PPE/PS-HI/SBS合金的阻燃性能和力学性能等,并探讨了阻燃机理。结果表明,阻燃剂RXP能明显提升合金的阻燃性能,在其用量为16质量份(PPE/PS-HI/SBS为100质量份)时,阻燃等级达到UL 94 V-0级。当MCA、RXP两者质量比为1/3~1/2时,两者有很好的协同阻燃效果,当复配阻燃剂的用量为16份时,阻燃等级达到UL 94 V-0级,同时弥补了阻燃剂RXP对力学性能和热学性能的负面影响。 Resorcinol bis (di-2,6-xyryl phosphate) (RXP) and composite additive of RXP and melamine cyanurate (MCA) were selected to prepare flame retardant PPE/PS-HI/SBS resin. The flame retardance, heat resistance and mechanical properties of the resin were studied by limiting oxygen index(LOI) and vertical burning method ( UL 94 V) , SEM and mechanical test, and its retardant mechanism was discussed also. The results showed that the compound had optimal flame retardancy with flammability rating of UL 94 V -0, when 16% RXP or 16% RXP/MAC (with ration of 1/3 and 1/2) were incorporated into PPE/PS-HI/SBS resin. The mechanical properties and thermal properties of the resin were also imDroved with the addition of MAC.
