摘要
以活性炭颗粒(ACG)为吸附增强材料、聚乙二醇(PEG)为相变材料,采用物理共混法制备了PEG/ACG固-固相变材料。用扫描电子显微镜、差示扫描量热仪、高温综合热分析仪对相变材料进行了表征。结果表明,当ACG质量分数高于15%时,相变材料宏观上表现为固-固相变;加入ACG,可提高材料的热稳定性。
The active carbon granule (AGG) was used as absorpting and reinforcing material, and polyethylene glycol as phase change material, the novel solid-solid phase change materials was prepared by using blending method. The eomposites were characterized by SEM, DSC and TG. The results indicated that the composites showed solid-solid phase change properties on the macrolevel when the weight percent of ACG was higher than 15%. The thermo-stability of phase change materials increased after adding active carbon granule.
