摘要
介绍了所开发的呋喃唑酮的碳酸二甲酯羰基化合成清洁工艺,并叙述了对催化剂、原料配比、反应精馏、反应时间以及溶剂等多种因素对过程影响的考察结果,从而确立了较佳的工艺条件。
A clean synthetic technology of furazolidone was developed by carbonylation reaction from dimethyl carbonate. In addition, such effect factors as catalyst, reaction ratio, reactive distillation, reaction time and solvent, etc. on the process were also investigated. Based on these researches, the optimal process conditions were determined.
