探讨美棉纺细号纱棉结的控制措施。介绍了美棉的特性,通过对比美棉与新疆棉的性能差异,分析了美棉在纺纱中易形成棉结的原因,并有针对性地提出了控制棉结的工艺及管理措施:合理配棉,优化各工序工艺参数,强化设备运转、温湿度等基础管理,结果使CJ 9.7 tex纱的棉结有较大幅度的降低。

Neps control measures in spinning American cotton fine yarn were discussed. Property of American cot- ton was introduced. Through contrasting American cotton and Xinjiang cotton property, neps formation causes in spinning American cotton were analyzed. Processing and management measures of control neps were put forward accordingly. Cot- ton were assorted rationally, parameter in each process were optimized, basic management such as operation of equip- ment, temperature ＆ humidity were strengthened,finally CJ 9.7 tex yarn neps could be reduced greatly.
