Carding Processing Discussion of Reducing Card Sliver Neps

探讨梳棉机上降低棉结的工艺措施。介绍了棉结形成的原因和配棉指标对成纱棉结数的影响。对梳棉机的分梳过程进行了详细的分析。认为:只有合理配棉,加强锡林对刺辊上纤维的剥取作用,合理配置梳理隔距和针布号数,增大压辊和道夫之间的牵伸作用,保证开松梳理元件针齿锋利度和光洁度,才能有效控制棉结的产生。

Processing measures of reducing neps in carding machine were discussed. Reasons of neps formation and effect of cotton assorting indexes on finish yarn neps were introduced. Carding process of carding machine was ana- lyzed in details. It is considered that cotton should be assorted rationally, effect of stripping fiber from cylinder to licker- in should be enhanced, carding gauge and card clothing number should be set properly, draft effect between roller to dof- fer should be increased,sharpness and finish of carding components should be ensured, finally neps could be controlled effectively
