半精纺梳理机加工多元化纤维的工艺实践

Practice of Processing Muti Fiber on Semi-worsted Carding Machine

探讨半精纺工艺中梳理机工艺的正确配置。分析了半精纺原料及工艺特点,围绕针布选择、工艺参数配置阐述了半精纺梳理机工艺的配置原则与方法。指出:合理配置半精纺梳理机工艺是提高半精纺纺纱质量的关键环节。首先应对强力较低,可纺性较差的纤维通过预处理加入适量的纺纱油剂,并注意控制好温湿度,改善其可纺性。应针对纤维特性,以"主体载体纤维"为核心,通过正确配套选择梳理针布,合理配置生条定量、速度、隔距等工艺参数,使多组分纤维得到充分梳理,尽可能减少纤维损伤,控制生条短绒率,改善生条半成品质量,从而使半精纺纱质量得到提高。

Correct configuration of semi-worsted carding processing was discussed. Semi-worsted processing and raw material characteristics were analyzed, configuration principle and method of semi-worsted carding machine were in- troduced according to card clothing selection and processing parameter configuration. It is pointed out that the key of im- proving semi-worsted yarn quality is the rational configuration of semi-worsted carding processing. Proper oil should be put in lower strengrth and spinability fiber in pretreatment. Fiber spinability could be improved by controlling temperature and humidity. Main carrier fiber should be the core according to fiber property, through selecting card clothing correctly, the configuring processing parameters properly such as card sliver weight per unit, machine speed and gauge, multi com- ponent fiber could be carded fully,fiber injury could be reduced, card sliver semi-product quality could be improved as much as possibly,finally quality of semi-worsted yarn could be improved.
