摘要 探讨芳砜纶芳纶1313混纺纱生产工艺。阐述了两种纤维的基本特性,通过对纤维进行抗静电预处理,提高了纤维可纺性。采用"轻定量,慢速度"纺纱工艺,各工序针对纤维特性采用相应工艺技术措施:梳棉降低棉网张力牵伸,加大道夫与剥棉罗拉速比、缩小隔距,增大圈条速比,使棉网结构均匀、圈条顺利;并条加大喇叭口径和及时清理绒布飞花,解决好条子蓬松,飞花较多,易缠罗拉和堵塞喇叭口等问题并严格控制温湿度,使纺纱顺利进行;细纱采用赛络纺,捻系数偏小掌握;络筒张力偏大掌握,以缓解成纱的扭结,保证筒纱外观成形良好。结果成功纺制出芳砜纶芳纶1313 42 tex混纺纱,满足了消防服用机织面料用纱的性能要求。 Production processing of polysulfonamide Aramid 1313 blended yarn was discussed. Two kinds of fiber basic property were introduced,fiber spinability could be improved through adding antistatic pretreatment. Processing of lighter weight per unit and lower speed was adopted, related processing technology measures in each process were adopted according to fiber property. In carding process, cotton web tension stretch was reduced, speed ratio between doffer and stripper roller were increased, gauges were reduced, coiler speed ratio were added to make cotton web structure even and coil successfully. In drawing process, bell diameter was increased, fly waste were cleaned timely, problems of sliver puff- y, more fly waste, easier winding roller and blocking bell could be resolved well, temperature and humidity was controlled strictly to make spinning successfully. In spinning process, sirospun was adopted, twist factor was controlled slightly to ease finish yarn kink and make cheese appearance better,finally polysulfonamide Aramid 1313 42 tex blended yarn could be spun successfully and property demands of firefighting woven fabric yarn could be satisfied.
