摘要
为了开发具有光催化效果的纺织品,分析了聚酯改性光催化竹炭纤维的结构和性能特点,并在纺纱过程中有针对性地采取了工艺技术改进措施。通过使用开松机和自动喂给机组替代短流程清棉联合机组;梳棉合理配置隔距并增大锡林刺辊速比;并条合理配置牵伸工艺;粗纱采用较大的捻系数;细纱采用较大的细纱后区隔距与较小的后区牵伸倍数,结果成功纺制出精梳棉/光催化竹炭纤维50/50 18.5 tex混纺针织纱,达到了较好的质量水平,满足了光催化竹炭纤维产品开发的需求。
To develop photocatalytic textiles, structure and property of modified polyester photocatalytic bamboo charcoal fiber were analyzed, then processing technology modification measures were adopted accordingly in spinning. Short process picker combined units were used to take the places of opening machine and automatic feeding units. In car- ding process gauges were selected rationally and speed ratio between cylinder and licker-in was increased. In drawing process draft processing was selected rationally. In roving process, larger twist factor was adopted. In spinning process, larger back zone gauge and smaller back zone draft multiple were adopted. Finally combed cotton/photocatalytic bamboo charcoal fiber 50/50 18.5 tex blended knitting yarn could be spun successfully,the yarn quality could reach better level and demands of photocatalytie bamboo charcoal fiber product could be satisfied.
