摘要
利用苯胺,二硫化碳,氨水及重金属盐反应,合成异硫氰酸苯酯。对反应物的物料比,搅拌时间及重金属盐的种类进行了研究。实验结果表明:在反应原料物质的量比为苯胺∶二硫化碳∶氨∶硫酸铜=1∶1.18∶1.97∶1.62,搅拌时间0.5h,为最佳条件,产品收率可达16.8%。
In this paper, synthesis of phenyl isothiocyanate, using phenylene amine, carban disulfide, ammonia liquor and heavy metallic salt, is described. The resultes showed that the optimum reaction conditions was that the molar ratio of them was 1:1.18:1.97:1.62, the reaction time was 0.5 h. The yield of phenyl isothiocyanate was more than 76.8%.
