摘要
对啮合同向双螺杆挤出机捏合块的2种组合进行了流场模拟和统计学分析。通过对2种组合在不同转速下的模拟,计算了流道内停留时间分布、最大剪切速率分布以及累积应变分布,并对分析结果进行了分析和实验研究。结果表明,分散型构型获得的聚丙烯/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PP/PET)共混体系的拉伸强度较好;PP/PET共混体系中PET粒径大小影响冲击强度,PET粒径过小会降低冲击强度。
Statistic analysis was applied on the flow field of two configurations of kneading blocks. Based on the flow field simulation of the two configurations at different rotational speeds, the maximum shear rate distribution, RTD and strain distribution were simulated. Meanwhile an experiment was made to validate the analysis result. Results showed that the dispersive configuration made the tensile strength of PP/PET blend better. The diameters of PET particles affect the impact strength in the PP/PET blend. Too small diameters of PET particles made low impact strength.
