着重介绍了盐酸清洗亚临界强制循环汽包炉的清洗系统设计、工艺改进及实际清洗过程．新旧水冷壁管垢采用改进后的清洗系统和清洗工艺，获得了令人满意的效果．清洗后的水冷壁管及汽包内壁呈银灰色，无镀铜、二次锈、晶粒析出及附着物，用滤纸擦不出脏物，并形成致密性保护膜．

The cleaning system design, cleaning process improvement and practice cleaning process were mainly introduced. Because the improved cleaning system and process were adopted, the satisfying cleaning effect was obtained. After the boiler was cleaned, the water wall tube and drum were displayed silvery gray, no plated copper, no newly rusted, no exposed crystal grain, no adhered anything and the tight protective film was formed on metal surface.
