摘要
通过高温时效试验、微观组织分析、碳化物萃取、碳化物相X-Ray衍射分析以及力学性能试验,研究了不同球化级别12Cr1MoV过热器管钢的组织、碳化物含量、相组成以及力学性能。结果表明,碳化物含量与球化级别呈抛物线关系。球化是一个加速的过程,前期主要完成碳化物相种类转变,中后期主要表现为碳化物形态的变化。球化级别与碳化物相含量的比值(M23C6/M3C)近似呈抛物线关系。随着球化程度提高,材料高温强度下降,伸长率提高。
Microstructure,carbides phases and mechanical properties of 12Crl MoV superheater tube steel at different spheroidization grades were studied by using high temperature aging treatment test, metallogra- phy test, carbide electroextraction test, X - ray diffraction technology and tensile test. The results show that the relationship between carbide content and spheroidization grades shows a variation of parabolic type, and as a accelerated process, spheroidization included initial stage and midterm - later stage. It was main- ly carbides phases transformation in initial stage, and carbides shape changing in midterm - later stage. The relationship of spheroidization grade to the ratio of carbides phases(M23C6/M3C) accorded with parabola equation approximately. With spheroidization grade aggravating, the high temperature strength of 12CrlMoV declined and elongation improved.
