基于ABAQUS液氨储罐管座角接头应力计算

摘要 液氨储罐排污门管座角接头由于制造中采用未开坡口单面焊结构,使用中出现开裂失效。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对3种类型的管座角接头进行了应力计算,并与实际开裂情况进行了比较。研究结果表明:开坡口全焊透的角接头筒体内壁所受应力最小,未开坡口双面焊角接头应力中等,未开坡口单面焊角接头开孔处筒体内壁所受应力最大,与液氨储罐排污门管座角接头开裂情况一致。在重要场合要避免使用未开坡口的单面焊接的管座角接头结构。 Tube socket fillet joint of liquid ammonia tanks was invalided in service, due to oneside welding structure without groove. Stress computations on tube socket fillet joint of three types are conducted with the ABAQUS code. The calculation results and actual observation are compared. The obtained results show that the stress in the inside wall of cylinder fully welded with groove is the smallest. The stress is the middle for the double - side welded structure without groove and is the biggest for the one - side welded structure without groove. Calculation results are consistent with the crack observation of a en- gineering tube socket fillet joint of liquid ammonia tanks. The tube socket fillet joint one - side welded structure without groove should be avoid to be used for important occasions.
