本文主要介绍了燃气蒸箱热效率的测试与计算方法以及补水温度变化、增压泵增加、注水至盛水容器过程、燃气蒸箱箱门开启等因素对热效率测试的影响,并通过相关实验进行分析与探讨,指出在测试时应避免这些因素对燃气蒸箱热效率测试的影响。

In this paper, the thermal efficiency of gas steamer oven testing and calculation methods as well as supply water temperature, booster pump to increase water injection process to the water container, gas steamer oven door open and so the impact on the thermal efficiency of testing and experiments conducted by analysis and discussion, pointed out that these factors should be avoided in the tests on the thermal efficiency of gas steamer riven testing
