摘要
介绍了环氧豆油丙烯酸酯齐聚物的合成步骤。讨论了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂等因素对齐聚物酯化率的影响。通过正交实验,确定了最佳反应条件:催化剂为N,N- 二甲基苄胺,反应温度为115 ~120 ℃,反应时间为6h 。
The synthesis of epoxidized soybean oil acrylate oligomer has been described. The influences of the reaction temperature and time, and catalysts on the esterfication rate of the oligomer were discussed The optimum reaction conditions, through an orthogonal experiment, was finalized as follows: catalyst N,N-dimethyl benzyl amine, reaction temperature and time 115~ 120 ℃/6 hr The structure of the oligomer was characterized by IR spectroscopy
