The properties of a new type of thermal stabilizer, antimony mercaptide AST 201are presented and its uses as the thermal stabilizer for rigid PVC transparent slice, non toxic PVC grain, thermal contraction film, etc, are reported. It is also made to compare the stabilizer with organotin.
