The Fault Analysis and Maintenance of PLC Control System

摘要 PLC是一种可靠性、稳定性较高的控制器,其出现故障的概率较低。但PLC一旦在工作过程中出现故障,首先要充分了解故障,判断故障发生的具体位置,分析故障现象是否具有再生性;然后再深究故障产生的原因,并设法予以排除。本文以三菱FX系列PLC为例,详细地介绍了PLC运行中出现故障时的检查流程,对实际工作具有一定的指导意义。 Programmable logical controller (PLC) is a kind of controller withhigher stability and reliability, it has lower fault probability. However once a PLC programmable controller occurs fault during operation, it is necessary to well understand the fault first, judge of the concrete fault location, analyze if the fault phenomenon will regenerate; then explore the reasons of fault occurrence, and try to make troubleshooting. Taking Mitsubishi FX series PLC as example, this paper presents in detail the check procedure for the fault may occurred during PLC operation, which would provide certain guidance to the actual work.
