摘要
设计了一种基于AT89C2051单片机的脱水槽排矿阀门控制系统,实现工业上的自动化,达到节能减排目的。通过SS490传感器进行实时浓度采集,经V/F转换通过中断口进行测频,单片机P3.0、P3.1、P3.5串行驱动74HC595显示频率值,通过键盘可设置控制参数,由P1.0和P1.1控制继电器工作,控制电机正反运行,提升和降落阀门实现浓度的自动控制。
An automatic control system for dehydrate slot discharge valve which is based on AT89C2052 MCU is designed, so as to realize industrial automation and the purpose of saving energy and reducing emission. The automatic thickdegree control is realized by raising and lowering the valve, which is implemented by using SS496 sensor to proceed real-time thick-degree collection, utilizing interrupt to proceed frequency measurement after V/F conversion, using P3.0, P3.1, P3.5 to serially drive 74 HC595 displaying frequency, using keyboard to set control parameters, and utilizing P1.0 and P1.1 to control the working of the relays thereby controlling the positive and negative movement of the motors.
