摘要
近年来,随着经济全球化和竞争国际化,中国酒店业面临着越来越激烈的竞争。从中国经济型酒店的发展前景看,经济发展水平与城市人口规模直接影响着经济型连锁酒店在城市层面区位选择行为,而这种区位选择应更关注交通便利度、商业繁华度及周边旅游景点等。在经济型酒店的目标市场选择和定位上,应采取适合的营销策略,提高经济型酒店的区位市场竞争力。
The economic globalization and international competition in recent years has rendered the competition between hotels ever fierce.Concerning the prospect of the economy hotels in China,the economic level and the urban population will affect the location selection of the economy hotels and such selection also considers the transportation,commercial environment,and scenic spots.Consequently,we have designed the right market target and orientation so as to adopt suitable marketing strategies to improve the competitive edge of the economy hotels.
