摘要
采用循环伏安法研究了苯酚在单壁碳纳米管(SWCNT)修饰电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:在pH=6.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,扫描速度为100 mV/s时,苯酚的氧化峰电流值(ipa)与其浓度在2.5×10-7~5.0×10-4mol.L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为ipa(mA)=1.098c-3.04×10-3(R=0.9988,c:mmol.L-1),检出限为8.0×10-8mol.L-1(RSN=3)。将该修饰电极应用于水样中苯酚的分析测定,回收率为96.7%~105%,结果令人满意。
Researching the electrochemical behavior of phenol at the Single walled Carbon Nanotube modified electrode was condcted by Cyclic Voltammetry.The experiment results showed in the pH=6.0 HAc-NaAc buffer solution,the oxidation peak current increased linearly with the concentration of phenol in a range of 2.5×10^-7~5.0×10^-4 mol·L^-1 and its regression equation ipa(mA)=1.098c-3.04×10^-3(R= 0.9988,c: mmol·L^-1) with its detection limit of 8.0×10-8 mol·L^-1(RSN =3) at the scan rate of 100mV/s.The modified electrode has been applied to determine phenol in water and its recovery range was 96.7%~105% with satisfactory results.
