阅读"传统经典"是传承中华文化、繁荣社会主义文化的基石,是提高国家文化软实力的必备内涵。鉴于国人疏远阅读纸质图书的趋势,提出了图书馆在推动全民阅读活动过程中应思考的工作重点。

Reading ＂classic＂ is the foundation of spreading traditional Chinese culture and prospering socialist culture. It is an essen- tial content to improve the country＇s cultural soft power. In view of the trend that people read less paper books today, the author suggests some key points should be concerned in the process of library promoting nationwide reading activities.
