研究了不同比例(3% ~18% (质量)PBT)的聚丙烯(PP)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)及聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-MAH)熔体的流变学行为。用RMS-605 毛细管流变仪在不同温度下(240 ℃、255 ℃和270 ℃)进行了测定,并讨论了共混体组成、剪切速率和剪切强度对流动曲线、熔体粘度及熔体弹性的影响。该共混熔体属假塑性流体(切力变稀型)。PBT含量从3% ~13% ,其假塑性变化相当一致,而PBT含量为18% 时,共混体假塑性增加的趋势明显。熔体活化能随共混比例不同而呈现无规律变化。
The melt rheological behavior of the blend of polyporpylene(PP), polybutylene terephthalat(PBT), and polypropylene maletic anhydride(PP MAH) at varying blending ratios(from 3 mass% to 18 mass% PBT content) was studied. Measurements made on a RMS 605 capillary rheometer at three different temperature(240 ℃, 255 ℃ and 270 ℃) are presented and discussed for the effects of blend composition, shear rate and shear stress on flow curves, melt viscosity and melt elasticity. The blends are pseudoplastic(shear thinning). Variation of pseudoplasticity of blends is quite consistent from 3 mass% to 13 mass% PBT, while with 18 mass%, a trend of increasing pseudoplasticity is apparent. Variation of melt activity energy with the blending ratio is quite irregular.
