摘要
利用Instron 3211型毛细管流变仪研究了固态缩聚聚酰胺66(SSPPA66)的流变性能,讨论了剪切速率! 剪切应力和温度对SSPPA66 熔体表观粘度的影响ァ结果表明,SSPPA66 熔体的表观粘度随着温度的升高而降低;粘流活化能ΔE随剪切速率的增大而减小。在实验温度下,SSPPA66 熔体的表观粘度随剪切速率和剪切应力的增大而降低,非牛顿指数n 小于1,SSPPA66 熔体为假塑性流体。
Polyamide66 is a very useful commercial engineering plastic. The melt rheological properties of polyamide66 prepared by solid state polycondensation(SSPPA66) were studied.A Instron 3211 type capillary rheometer was used to obtain shear stress shear rate data, melt viscosity, non Newtain index n and the activation energy for viscous flow Δ E . The experimental results show that the melt apparent viscosity of SSPPA66 decreases with increase in temperature, the activation energy for viscous flow Δ E decreases with increasing shear stress and shear rate. At given temperature the melt viscosity decreases with increasing shear stress and shear rate. The value of n was less than 1, indicating a pseudoplastic nature of the melt SSPPA66. There is no report about it.
