摘要
以L-阿拉伯糖为原料,差相异构法制备L-核糖。在单因素实验的基础上,通过正交实验筛选出差相异构最佳工艺条件,即钼酸铵加量为1%,pH 3.0-3.5,L-阿拉伯糖浓度20%,反应温度115℃,反应时间2h,最高转化率达到28%。
This study is focused on the epimerization of L-arabinose to L-ribose.On the basis of single factor experiment,the best technological conditions were confirmed according to orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the best dosage of ammonium molybdate was 1%,pH was 3.0~3.5,the arabinose concentration was 20%,the temperature was 115℃,and the time was 2 hours.The best transformation ratio was 27% under the above condition.
