摘要
本文研究了CS_2对男性生产工人某些内分泌腺的影响。CS_2组男工平均工龄10.3±8.4年。车间空气中CS_2浓度波动在24～67mg/m^3。本研究发现CS_2生产工人T_3、T_4、尿糖与配对对照组均无显著性差异,而24小时尿17-羟皮质醇(17-OHCS)和血中睾酮值均明显低于配对对照组,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。并对研究结果进行了讨论。
The effects of CS2 on some endocrine glands in male exposed workers were studied. Mean duration of exposure is 10.3±8.4 yr. The CS2 concentration in air ranged from 24 to 67 mg/m3. The results showed that levels of serum triiodothyronine (T3) , serum thyroxine (T4) and urinary glucose in the exposed workers were not significantly different from that of the age-matched control group, but levels of 17-OHCS in 24h urine and serum testosterone in the exposed group were significantly lower (p<0.01) .These results were discussed.
