2.4kbps MELP低速率语音编码算法的DSP实现

摘要 本文在DSP芯片TMS320VC5416上实时实现了传统2.4kbps MELP低速率语音编码算法。采用美国GL公司的语音质量评估系统VQT(Voice Quality Tester)对编解码的实时语音质量进行评估,PESQ得分高于3.6分,结果表明该语音编码系统能够满足实际通信要求。
