Stress Analysis of the Pellet-Forming Mould Ring

分析了颗粒饲料压粒机“压粒模”的受力情况，讨论了模的失效形式．就球墨铸铁压粒模的接触强度进行了分析计算，说明了球墨铸铁压粒模替代进口合金钢件的可行性．

In this paper the forces acted oil the pellet-forming mould ring and its damage forms are discussed.The contacting stresses of the mould ring made of noduler cast iron are analysed and the feasibility to substitute the mould rings made of nodular cast iron for the alloy steel ones is illustrated.
