焦作地区工业废渣分析与应用研究

Analysis and application of industrial waste residue in Jiaozuo district

对焦作地区主要工业废渣进行了成分分析， 并与硅酸盐水泥作了比较； 同时， 对工业废渣在水泥生产和混凝土工程中的应用作了研究， 当使用激发剂时， 水泥中的矿渣掺量可达７０ ％ ； 粉煤灰掺量为２０ ％ 时， 基本上不降低水泥的强度； 粉煤灰代砂配制混凝土， 当代砂量为３０ ％ 时， ９０ ｄ 强度可提高３０ ％ ．

The main industrial waste residue composition in Jiaozuo district are analyzed,and the comparison with the portland cements have been performed.The application of industrial waste residue in cement product and concrete engineering are studied.When the simulate agent is used,the mixed quantity of the waste residue is about 70% and the mixed quantity of the flyash is about 20%.Thus,the cement strength doesn′t decrease.The flyash can substitute the sand to make concrete.When the substitution quantity of the sand is 30%,the strength of 90?day can increase 30%.
