摘要
本文用豚鼠肺泡巨噬细胞测试系统,比较了三种镍冶炼烟尘及三氧化二镍的细胞毒性和吞噬活性。用细胞半数致死浓度和吞噬率作为观察指标.结果表明,在受试样品中以镍精炼烟尘(取自火法处理硫化镍锍的镍精炼厂)的细胞毒性和吞噬活性为最强。
Using cultured alveolar macrophagocytes of guinea pig, the cytotoxicity of and phagocytosis to nickel refinery dust, two kinds of nickel smeltery dusts, and nicklic oxide(Ni2O3) were compared. LC50 of cultured cells were calculated and cells with phagocytize particles were counted. The results showed that both cytotoxicity of and phagocytosis activity to nickel refinery dust (from pyrometallurgical sulfide nickel matte refinery) were the strongest among the tested samples.
