随着我国经济的快速发展以及社会的转型,社会对秘书人才的多样化需求更为突出,高校毕业生自身素质与社会需求之间的差距逐渐显现,在一定程度上造成了毕业生就业困难。培养社会需求的秘书人才,是高校秘书专业的使命。

With the rapid development of chinese economy and transition of the society,more prominent diversified demand of the secretaries is in need.The gap of quality between university graduates and the social requirement is obviously getting bigger,which to some extend cause graduates employment more difficult.Providing social need secretaries is the mission of universities＇ secretary course.
