本文探讨了社会信息化网络化发展进程中出现的新生事物"网络秘书",通过对10余年发展历史考察和社会现状分析,认为网络秘书实际上可以分为三类,这就是"软件型网络秘书"、"公司型网络秘书"和"职员型网络秘书",其中以"网上助理"或"网上秘书"为代表的职员型网络秘书,是网络秘书职业发展的核心和关键;同时认为目前社会对于网络秘书的认识还很模糊,需要加强研究和宣传,推动这一新生事物的健康发展。

This article explores the Network Secretary that is a newly-born appearance in the process of social information and network development.Through researching its history of more than 10 years and analyzing recent social phenomenon,it discovers Network Secretary can actually be divided into three types,that is a ＂Software Network Secretary＂,＂Corporate Network Secretary＂ and ＂Staff Network Secretary＂,As the representative of the ＂Staff Network Secretary＂,the ＂Virtual Assistant＂ or ＂Virtual Secretary＂ will be the core and key of the Network Secretary professional development;at the same time it considers there is a need to strengthen the research and advocacy to promote the healthy development due to the very fuzzy awareness about the Network Secretary in current society.
