摘要
PAT家族蛋白是最主要的脂滴相关蛋白,与细胞内脂代谢密切相关。目前发现该家族包括5种蛋白,脂肪分化相关蛋白(ADRP)是其中的一员。与其他PAT家族蛋白相比,无论是在组织分布、分子结构还是生理功能上ADRP均有其独特之处,如它在脂肪细胞分化、肝脏甘油三酯蓄积、乳汁生成与分泌方面发挥重要的作用,ADRP的表达异常还可能与多种疾病的发生和发展有关,如脂肪肝、糖尿病、动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤等,可能为相关疾病提供新的诊断思路和治疗靶点。现就ADRP的结构、功能及其与疾病关系的研究进展作一综述。
PAT family proteins are the most well-known lipid droplets-associated proteins, which are closely related to the regulation of cellular lipid metabolism activities. There are five members in this family, and adipocyte differentiation-related protein (ADRP) is a special one in tissue distribution ,molecular structure and physiological function. For example, ADRP plays an important role in adipose cell differentiation, triglycerides accumulation in liver, production and secretion of the milk. ADRP may be involved in the development of vari- ous diseases such as fatty liver, diabetes, atherosclerosis and tumors. It may become a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of correlated diseases. Here aims to make a summary of research progress about physiological function of ADRP and its involvement in diseases.
